Terms of Service

  1. You must be at least 13 years old to use our service.
  2. Your submissions are publicly visible to all users of IndirectLetters. Letters labelled as ‘not publicly visible’ will not be displayed under the letter listings but may still be accessible via access to the letter address.The IndirectLetters team reserves all rights to store, keep and distribute any submissions in accordance with our privacy policy. 

  3. Once submitted, letters may not be deleted. Letters will be public and permanent.

  4. IndirectLetters does not guarantee the secrecy of any content submitted on its website. IndirectLetters is purely an entertainment site and will not be held responsible for any consequences of inappropriate submission.

  5. Where required by law, IndirectLetters may provide relevant information to assist in the investigation of illegal/threatening/inappropriate letters.

  7. By submitting a letter on IndirectLetters, you take responsibility for content written therein. IndirectLetters will not be responsible for the content in any of your submissions.

  8. Letters should not violate the Intellectual Property rights of any other person, company or otherwise and should not cause harm, distress, bully, dox, expose, or break any local and international laws.

  9. Letters should not contain any sexually explicit content, gambling, affiliate marketing, and any form of advertising.

  10. Letters published on IndirectLetters are property of IndirectLetters and may be modified, reused, reproduced in any form as IndirectLetters wish. There will not be a payment of commission, royalties or otherwise.

  11. IndirectLetters is not responsible for any direct/indirect harm/consequences caused by letters on the site. If you see an inappropriate letter, please report it.

  12. IndirectLetters will not entertain any requests to reveal any personally identifiable information relating to any letter.

  13. Letters may leave personally identifiable information e.g. stamps of your country are attached to each letter by default. You may wish to use a VPN to obfuscate your country of origin.

  14. You may not exploit, alter, or spam our services in any way such as, but not limited to the use of any third-party tools to alter the integrity of the site's content, reveal any personal information, or cause disruption. Spamming is defined as sending meaningless or repetitive content or requests to our services in excess volume e.g. more than 3 times per second.

  15. You may not try to access authenticated services unless authorised to do so.

  16. You may not republish or distribute content on IndirectLetters without permission from IndirectLetters, other than via the official IndlrectLetters web address, or through screenshots of the content in its entirety, unaltered.

  17. By using our services, you have read and agreed to both our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  18. We reserve the right to modify our Terms and Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.
